hello everyone ....I'm a mother of three and would consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I'll start to pursue my fitness goals and then get side tracked with foods that taste delicious but aren't on the plan

  • Do you think you'll go to hell by not following your "plan ?"

@c_lena81 I think it is the lack of consistency that trips up must of us in life were it be weight loss, our job performance, etc. I am sure you will get back on track.

Why not have a plan that allows you to eat foods you find delicious? Trying to eliminate things that taste nice is going to make it very difficult to remain consistent. There's no reason you can't enjoy the foods you love, just work them into your daily/weekly calorie and macro goals.

We all get side tracked and have to find our way back to where we want to be. You can do this! As Karen said work some of those foods into your plan it will help you to stick with it. Most importantly never give up!

I've found that I can eat really good, tasty meals from high quality proteins like chicken, steak, fish etc and be completely satisfied. I use musclefood.com ... They have high protein alternatives for almost everything, like bread, crisps and even deserts! Makes everything super easy :)
