Quick work out ideas

I'm gong to the gym at lunch so can only do 30 minutes. What's the most efficient use of that time? What would you guys do?

I'm trying to lose weight, I'm thinking interval running but not sure what else!

    Do some HIIT workouts. A good example is to walk on a tread mill for 1 minute and then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds to a minute. Do this for 10-15 minutes.

    There are several variants of this you can do, have a Google.
