This journey on its own is a struggle but, it's even harder when the people in your everyday life aren't on the same journey. It would be nice to meet some people who are on similar journeys!     Its amazing how people in our lives unknowingly sabotage our efforts, eh? MFP is the biggest thing encouraging me. People will say "oh you look great!" And in the next breath invite me out for junk food haha so its good to have the numbers right in front of me to keep me accountable. I've got my diary open to keep me even more accountable.
