Need LBM/BMI Estimation Please!

Hey guys, I know these aren't the easiest things to guess at a glance, but I've done a caliper test and it read way under the BF% I have. If you guys could please just help me out with a rough estimation of my actual %, I'd appreciate it a lot!

Just need to get some idea of where I am right now. Having loose skin from being 300lbs, and losing weight too quickly, throws me off in figuring it out myself.

EDIT: Currently standing at 6'5" and 185lbs
~Thanks, everyone!

I'm guessing you did not mean BMI... Because that is a number you can calculate based on height and weight and has nothing to do with fat.

In that case, yes, new posters, disregard the BMI part of this title. Thanks
