Need tips on reducing weight!! My height is 172cms and weight is 90kgs. trying to reduce my weight.

    Hi there and welcome. Without oversimplifying it, you just need to eat less. You don't have to be too hard on yourself or eliminate certain food groups or nutrients or desserts or beer or anything, but simply eat at a deficit. That means you should eat less than what you burn in an entire day. You might very well be unsure of how much you're eating or burning in a day. I would work towards figuring that out for a week or so, then build a sustainable, long-term plan from there. Good luck!
