Getting Started Again!

I haven't used this site for a long time as my 17 year marriage ended in divorce and whilst trying to survive lost track of my weight. As I have just been diagnosed as a pre diabetic I knew it was time to pick myself up, dust myself off and swing into action. My children and I decided moved towns (6 months ago) and I've met the most amazing man, so even though life has been tough I still feel very lucky to have the opportunity for a second chance with my health and with love.
