    I normally just make it up as I go big fan of berries and spinach currently using half banana as a base bunch of spinach few handfuls of frozen berries + milk and Greek yoghurt ... Just have to watch cals etc ... I normally have it as a meal replacement and before working out

    Am drinking one at the moment: coconut milk, spinach, orange, banana. My kids had strawberries, Peach, milk, vanilla Sugar.

    The other day I had bananas, dates, chia seeds, cacao and natural protein powder. It was delicious.

    I try to have a smoothie for brekkie daily. Today's was a papaya, banana, carrot, ginger, flaxseed, spirulina, date, mesclun salad leaves & almond milk smoothie.

    I do handful of spinach, one banana, one cup almond milk and one tablespoon Chia seeds. It really filled me up! Maybe will try two kiwi fruits instead of banana

    1cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, ground flax seeds, 1/2 to 1 cup of oats, and a dash of cinnamon. Throw that in the Nutrininja and enjoy. All fruit is frozen. I'll sometimes throw in a scoop of vanilla protein powder and take after a workout.
