The other day I had bananas, dates, chia seeds, cacao and natural protein powder. It was delicious.

I do handful of spinach, one banana, one cup almond milk and one tablespoon Chia seeds. It really filled me up! Maybe will try two kiwi fruits instead of banana

1cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, ground flax seeds, 1/2 to 1 cup of oats, and a dash of cinnamon. Throw that in the Nutrininja and enjoy. All fruit is frozen. I'll sometimes throw in a scoop of vanilla protein powder and take after a workout.
