As you get closer to your goal weight, the pounds will start to shed slower. What is your final goal weight you're trying to achieve?

2lbs a week is really good going, but I think you may be a little optimistic looking to lose nearly 3 pound a week for 2 months. If you could settle for 1 lb a week it would be a bonus to lose anything more.

Have you given I.F. A try yet? I've seen pretty good results since I've been doing it. Started doing it after I hit multiple plateaus and was able to shed weight fairly quick (11 lbs in two weeks) and maintain my strength and muscle mass.

@chibbydia - But will you still be motivated if your plan doesn't work and you're only losing half or one pound a week? Most people stop trying because they're not getting the results they want.

If you have only about 20 lbs to lose, 2lbs/week is far too aggressive. You should set MFP to lose 1 lb/week, get an appropriate calorie deficit, eat primarily nutrient dense food, continue running if you enjoy it, and be patient. After about another 7-10 lbs you should adjust your deficit to 0.5 lb/week.

What happens in 2 months that you are trying to be 110 lbs?

    This^

Ditch the time frame. Even if you lose "only" 10 pounds in 2 months, that's still really good progress. Losing "only" 10 pounds is in no way failure.

Running is great cardio (and burns a decent amount of calories). But nothing sculpts and shapes your body like strength training. You will want to strength training (body weight to start) to keep the lean muscle you have. Losing fat + muscle will leave you a little doughy even at goal.
