    I have already lost about 8kg but I'm somehow stuck at 52 (I was 60kg, my height is 1,55m)

    My goal is to reach 48 kg. I don't starve myself, I try to eat as healthy as possible, having about 1200 calories a day and do aerobic exercise ,like running and bicycling. Soon I'll start going to the gym

    Ok. My breakfast includes a cup of milk (1,5 % fat) and oats or corn flakes. At 11 am I eat something small such as a boiled egg or a cereal bar. For lunch I eat everything except from bread, cheese, fried foods and fast food. As it is my main meal I use to eat all kinds of food so as not to feel hungry. And last, I eat a fruit (usually a peach) around 6 pm, but I use to avoid it, as I feel full for many hours after my lunch. I don't have dinner and during evening I do my exercise

    Of course, because I do only aerobic during my diet. In a week I'll start going to the gym in order to boost my metabolism
