I diet pretty much controlled. I am losing steady weight. Waist shrinking. I normally walk 10k steps as exercise. If i were to jog a little on a the treadmill would this help target belly fat. Please no sarcastic answers.

Not specifically. You can't "target" fat loss in any specific area, regardless of what you do.0

This post is a very good starting point for belly fat: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach0

Unfortunately, you cannot target a specific area for weight loss. Much of where the weight comes off first/last is due to genetics and isn't within our control (aside from surgery, of course). The only way to lose belly fat is to continue eating in a calorie deficit. It may be the last area you see shrink, but as long as you're eating in a deficit, you will continue to lose fat.0
