Hello, I'm Karen and I'm back 2 my fitness pal

Ha! I started with this fresh account (after losing my password to my old one) I was at 204lbs when I decided I needed to do something about how big I was && I did! I managed to reach my goal weight of 135. However, I got holiday happy and now I'm here at 156, I was 160 3 days ago. I'm a tenacious creature so I'm hanging around.. add me I'd love the cheer -ons and of course I like learning from the pros who actually share their meal diary haha
