The first time in many many months that the scale has moved downward so even though it's only 2 lbs it feels like a solid two lbs! One happy fit pal here.

Congrats My weight loss occurs in bursts. So over the last 2 weeks, I've lost some 5 lbs after not losing anything throughout July and August. I'll happily take it too 0
