Hi everyone, I am new to here. I am pretty much at a good weight to where I want to be at. I am happy with my chest, waist and even my belly. Although I am happy with those parts of my body as well as my weight, I do not like my arms nor my thighs, as they are kind of flabby. I have read you can not spot reduce so does anyone have any tips on what I should be doing? Do I need to lose weight? I am clueless right now.

Indeed you can't spot reduce fat. You can grow particular muscles by using them.
If you're sure you don't like the amount of fat in those regions, you can only lose overall fat until those regions are as low in fat as you're wanting.0 -

Build up and tone those areas. While you can't "spot reduce" you can replace the fat with muscle and make it less flabby =]0
