Hello everyone.
After loosing 27 pounds in 100 days, I have been stable between 172-174 pounds for the last 75 days.
I think I could go down another 10 pounds.
I eat fish, salads, fruits and some meats. I don't abuse any of it and I have one small portion of bread or rice or pasta per day.
I swim 3 to 4 km per week and have occasionally ice cream.
What am I doing wrong to loose the last 10 pounds?
I am 5 foot 7 inches and male. 34 inches at my waist. (Fairly built)

You need to be in a calorie deficit. Log all foods, weigh on a food scale, check back in two weeks.0

I added weight lifting and I dropped the remaining fat.

You aren't doing anything 'wrong'!
First of all, are you weighing your foods? This is vital for calorie accuracy. I've got 7 lbs left to lose and I'm finding I have to REALLY tighten up the logging! Do this and make sure you are still at your deficit and check back in a week or so! You can do it!0
