Salad dressings
Ive been starting to make salads for lunch and i dont want to use the bottled dressing as they have unnecessary ingredients that are bad for you. Im looking for dressing recipes to try that are either classics or something out of the box ill try whatever you throw my way.

I LOVE Braggs Salad dressings, especially their Vinaigrette and their Sesame/Ginger Dressing!! Usually, I buy them at Mother's in Southern California. www.bragg.com has all of their delicious products and the dressing recipe is on their gallon jugs of apple cider vinegar -- yes, our family buys it by the gallon!
Try these dressings from www.fullyraw.com
Orange Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
3-4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
Quarter cup of raw, unhulled sesame seeds

Quarter cup of chopped green onions or chives
One small thumb of ginger
Juice of 1 squeezed lime
Optional: another herb like cilantro, rosemary, or basil
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, pour, and enjoy!

Had this the last 2 nights and it was very good. 1st night I put it over cod and baked in the oven, last night as a salad dressing. I added more dill than the recipe calls for and also used 1 green onion instead of chives as that is what I had.

Do you know how long this dressing will last in the fridge? About a week?0 -
The blog said a couple days but I made it before and was good for about 5 - 6 days. The lime juice tends to keep the avocado from browning I think.0

This isn't exactly what you were looking for as far as unnecessary ingredients, but if anyone is looking for tasty low calorie options, this is for you...Ranch dressing...one packet Hidden Valley seasoning/dressing mix (not the party dip), 1 3/4 cup reduced fat buttermilk (mine has been 110-120 cals per cup, so abot 200 to 210 cals). 1/2 c light mayo (240 cals). Mix it all together. It is really good. It's roughly 13 calories per tablespoon. Found this on pinterest.0
