Hello all,
I'm not a person who usually sweats.Never been. However, I noticed since adding one scoop creatine to my water I've been sweating a lot. Does creatine cause sweating

  It may be cause you are working harder now.
  If you understand how creatine works, then there should be no surprises with extra efforts.
