Breakfast ideas

My day starts @ 230 am, and I'm 4 weeks into low carb diet. I'm a little bored of eggs.... At least fried/scrambled.

Any suggestions on high protein breakfast?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Greek yogurt is high protein add raspberries for fiber.

    Meat & cheese or cottage cheese and veggies.

    I make a breakfast smoothie with banana, unsweetened whey protein powder, spinach and coconut/almond milk. If you take the banana out it would be very low carb. Cottage cheese and veggies is also a yummy breakfast.

    Keep in mind you don't have to have "breakfast" foods. Eat whatever you like.
