Hi everyone,
I have know about MyFitnessPal for about a few months now but just today I decided to join. I am very excited for this new healthy and active lifestyle I am about to pursue. I am 24 years old and I just graduated last month with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Psychology. I am a petite girl I stand 5'0 and I have always had that firm cheerleading body without ever really watching what I ate or working out, It was the cheerleading routines that keep me in shape. But with my final semester at the university, an externship, and a lot of stressing with studying, homework, and finding a job; I feel like I have gained weight. I lack motivation and I really did not know where to start ...but I am ready, I am ready to kick out my "bummed" out mood and get ACTIVE!! I hope this site helps me and I hope to form friendships.
