Happy 2 weeks! And happy upcoming birthday. Remember, your birthday is just one day so if you have too much cake, it's NO BIG DEAL. It's your special day and you should enjoy it and not worry about going over your calorie goals for one day - you won't gain weight. Welcome to the forums.
