Need some ideas on what to eat for lunch! Food that doesn't take long to prepare, inexpensive, and taste good:)

Salads and soups (you can cook in advance and just reheat) are my go to's for lunches.

The only thing I can think of eating when I think "healthy" is salads. That's what I've always ate when I decided to eat clean because I don't know much on nutrition. But salad does get old! But I love all foods and love trying new as well. Just wondering what are others favorite lunch meals:)

Eat anything, just in a proper portion that fits your calorie and macro goals. I don't really get tired of salad for lunch. Lunch time is just fuel time. When I'm home sometimes I'll make a shirataki noodle stir fry with shrimp, baby corn, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, and chili garlic paste.

I eat leftovers from the night before. Today it was zucchini and sausage strata with a Greek salad.

Try putting your leftovers in a wrap for lunch the next day.
