i am on week 3 of the program, now my ab ripper x cd is kaput. anyone know how to get a replacement ??

    Ab ripper x is also on the DVDs for Chest & Back, Shoulders & Arms and any other workout day that has ab ripper x on the same day.

    I no downloading is bad.... But as you have already paid for the product. And you own rights to have a copy.. You could just download it..
    After all you have paid for P90x, so your not doing anything wrong..

    Yes, all the strength workouts have Ab Ripper X in them. So you should be fine, unless you do want a replacement you can try calling the Beachbody Customer Service :-)
