I saw myself on the video at work (we had a gas drive off and were looking to see if the person came in the store) and I looked... uh. A lot bigger than I thought I was. Putting it kindly.

So I got on the scale expecting to be a little over 150lbs or so like the last time I gained some weight. I'm not the tallest critter around, so 150 is usually the point where it starts really showing on me. Been having issues with my depression/anxiety, sleeping more after work and pointedly ignoring my thighs/growing belly rolls. Even More Pointedly ignoring that my pants and sports bras stopped fitting months ago.

I'm currently flip-flopping between 168 to a little over 170lbs. Ouch. The jiggling sensation when I move fast wasn't all in my head after all.

BUT. I used MFP a couple years back and I remember it doing me a lot of good motivation-wise, so. Hello! I'm MumbleGrumble, I like Leslie Sansone videos and losing step duels to my sister using my Jawbone Up3 band. My food logging is inconsistent at best but getting better, I drink nothing but water or seltzer if I'm not having the rare alcoholic beverage or redbull, and I have a caffeine problem that I abuse with 5hr Energy Shots.

Feel free to say hi and friend if you want to watch me grumble my way through losing forty or so pounds.

40 pounds in my goal weight loss right now as well. Obviously I've got a body image in mind as well but I'm here for support. *kitten* fat cells, why you multiply so quickly?!?

Doesn't take much to gain, I know. Support's a big deal! My sister's been nudging me along on the Jawbone UP app for months, so I probably have her to thank that I'm not starting here at 200lbs.
