    There are lots of users here from the UK.
    But there's little difference between us and them, except we prounce it "calories" and our nutrients are absorbed on the left.

    I'm from West Yorkshire. I'm hoping this app works for me, I've tried many latest diets and ended up putting more on in long run. Have any of you had good results or are you just starting same as me? X

    I only re-joined five days ago, living in North Derbyshire.

    It worked for me before but I didn't stick it out as long as I was hoping to. This time though I am more determined to attain my goal which is more about lowering about 7% body fat rather than losing too much weight.

    I agree there's little difference between us, I thought be nice to see if any from uk & local.

    I'm not in the UK but I've had good results. After years of unsuccessful trying, I got hooked on MFP and lost a pound a week for two months. Plateauing now but that's just part of the game.
