First day

My first day on myfitnesspal. I have about 20lbs to lose. I'm counting on my friends to keep me accountable. I did exercise today and tried my best at keeping a food diary. :smile:

    The food diary is really a big plus for me. Having to log it all made me realize how much put wasted calories I was eating.....JUST IN MAYO ALONE.

  • It's my first day here as well! I was told about this site by my wife who has been using it for a while now with great results. I have about 75 lbs to lose and I look forward to the challenge as well as seeing the results of the hard work!
