My very first day

Hey everyone, my name is Sarah, and I'm off to a bad start already. I guess maybe I picked a bad time to make a profile because I just got my baby daughter back and I have had zero sleep lately. I am utterly exhausted. I want to exercise to my tape but I am so sleepy I think I would only half do it so I don't even want to try. Tomorrow is a new day.

Hi there, sometimes when you are really tired you have to commit to doing the exercise anyway...you will be surprised how good you feel after wards. Hope you get some sleep and take one day at a time.....you can do it. I just marked in 15 minutes of walking in my exercise diary. It is late, I have had a full day and I am tired, but I have already entered it so now I am committed to doing it. All the best.0

Sarah,
Push play, give it 10 minutes, I bet you decide to finish. But if not it's ok, try again tomorrow. The point is you have to keep trying and trying and trying.0 -
Hey hun, I agree with the others at least pop in the dvd(tomorow for sure if not tonight) and start it. Even if you only get in a few mins it's better than not even trying! You can do this!0

Congratulations on your new baby and your new commitment to yourself! As a momma of two, and new to MFP (today's my first day, too!) I join you in trying our best to achieve our goals even if it means "baby steps". Tomorrow is a new day, and I challenge you to just get moving - even if it means strapping your adorable infant into a stroller and taking a walk (if the weather's bad go to the mall). And, hey, you can always start that video (you may be surprised how far you DO get!). Good luck on your journey to a healthier you.0
