Has anyone ever tried the Suzanne Sommers plan which is based on food combining? If so, what do you think.

I will staunchly tell you not to buy into this pseudoscience. It's just another low carb diet disguised as a "break through" product for Sommers.

The only way food will help you loose weight is if you don't eat too much of it. Unfortunately eating certain food/combinations of foods/types of foods/times eating won't help you lose weight UNLESS you eat less than you burn. Now if you like her food and are happy to pay for the privilege, go ahead. But you have to eat less than you burn for ANY plan/diet/etc. to work

Of course you realize the celebrities themselves don't actually do these diet plans, right?

They're paid truckloads of money for the use of their names and images.

It's brilliant, fantastic, it is just short of a miracle, you'll lose loads, be careful not to lose too much. (money that is)
