Thai restaurant: shrimp or tofu?

Options
Hi everyone,
I'm going to a Thai restaurant for dinner, and I was looking for the healthiest entree option. I am pescatarian, so my protein will either be shrimp or tofu. Do you have any insight as to which would be better? I think restaurants use fried tofu, which is why I'm thinking shrimp might be better. Any input would be appreciated :)

Shrimp is awesome. Among the highest protein per calorie ratio you can get.

OR you could get tofu and ask them not to fry it. You could also ask them to dry fry it in a pan.

Shrimp because it is lower calorie than tofu --- depending on the sauce/ preparation.

Thank you all :) Shrimp it is. That papaya salad looks great. They don't have it on their menu, so I will have to make it myself another time. Thanks again

Depends on the restaurant - any time I'm concerned about meat quality I go with tofu. Otherwise I do the shrimp.
