I added you! its hard to keep eating right and keeping the weight and size you want, but with the motivation of others it can get easier and you can actually make a permanent habbit of eating right after your body gets used to the healthy, yet tasty snacks you can easily make when you get the feeling to take the notion to eat. Sometimes all it takes is a large glass of water to fill that craving. When you get the munchies and all you want is that sweet taste, or salty crunch, you dont want to completely ignore it because after awhile you will give in and go all out on it. Its easier to stay strong and eat right when you make it a once in awhile treat. Theres a bunch of different ways you can do it, oh and another thing you want to avoid, even though its a vegetable, are potatoes! Anyways if you want to talk about it some more just message me ^-^ ill support you0
