healthy weight

i have been doing some research, along with talking to my doctor, and have been told that the healthy weight for someone my age and height is from 115 to 150 pounds, how is that possible? meaning why is there such a large gap?

Musculature, bone density, etc.
Look at a BMI chart. That measurement, in a vacuum, is considered "healthy" if it is at least 18.5 and less than 25.0.0 -
