Hi! I'm Miya and I'm 18. I've been on MFP for almost two years, but I started this account about six months ago. I am looking to loose weight, but I've always had an athletic build. About a year and a half ago I was at my lowest weight of 120, but I didn't go about it in a healthy way. I started gaining again, and I've had to put down the scale because it leads to an unhealthy obsession with dieting. I'm struggling because I know I've gained a lot since I stopped weighing myself. I work out almost every day and love to stay active, but I need to work on eating healthier. I'd love to meet some new people to create a solid support system for eachother! Please friend me and introduce yourself :)

    Hi, i been on a rollercoaster for 5 years 10lbs here 20lbs there, trying to lose 20 lbs by Dec. Trying to hit the gym daily and cut back on snacks. I calorie target is 1200-1400 a day. But I'm a foodie, and my family loves to eat out so Feel free to had me for motivation.

    Just started MFP to make me accountable for the food intake. I enjoy excercising, so that's not the problem. The problem is I also LOVE to eat...Outback, Etc
