Hi. This is me and I am too hungry and just remain 150 calories to eat

Hi, how many calories are you allowed a day? If you set your weight to lose to the lowest amount then they will allow you more calories. Good luck.0

You can eat a lot of veggies or fruit in 150 calories! Try watermelon or cantaloupe--or go with a summer squash, onion, mushroom saute. Broccoli and spinach are also great to add. I use a nonstick pan and only 1/4 tsp. of oil and can get very full on 150 calories of the right veggies!0
