Hi. This is me and I am too hungry and just remain 150 calories to eat

  • Hi, how many calories are you allowed a day? If you set your weight to lose to the lowest amount then they will allow you more calories. Good luck.

    It is okay if you go over. There are no MFP police watching your intake. Plan better tomorrow.

    You can eat a lot of veggies or fruit in 150 calories! Try watermelon or cantaloupe--or go with a summer squash, onion, mushroom saute. Broccoli and spinach are also great to add. I use a nonstick pan and only 1/4 tsp. of oil and can get very full on 150 calories of the right veggies!

  • Also if you do some exercise you'll often get some more calories to play with.
