Hi everyone. I have been using my fitness pal for nearly two weeks. I am 56 years old and due to fibromyalgia and other health issues I have piled on the weight as I am not moving very much and I was eating loads.
Hoping on Mondays weigh in I will see a loss as it's hard going so far.
Looking forward to meeting like minded people

    Add a little new movement each day and soon you'll be doing the fandango :) or whatever your mind desires. Good luck and way to go for taking the first steps!

    Forgot to weigh myself first thing so had breakfast first, no loss :(
    I am moving more but then fitness pal says eat more. Should I just not log it and eat the same?
