How can I control my cravings when I am bored? I get bored at work and start thinking about food lol

  I drink water and eat carrots. It isn't great but it works

  I drink water, or chew gum. Or if I'm really bored, both, ha.

  Cargo shorts are great for storing snacks!!! I easily fit in like 5 chicken wings...do boneless though cause they are more consistent in the size and easier to stack.
