Alternative Turbo Fire schedule (no hybrids)?

I have done a hybrid with TF and ChaLean Extreme already. I think I want a little more action than what the original TF schedule gives (including where I will add in some running). Has anyone used or created a TF schedule that is a little more advanced or different?

Sorry I don't know what to tell you. I've been doing Turbo Fire, Supreme 90, and running 4 days a week. I follow the Supreme 90 schedule, and I have my set running days, and I add Turbo Fire in when I can, usually about 4 days a week. I looooove doing Turbo Fire but I really needed to start focusing on some strength training.
ETA: If you want a little more action, try adding a HIIT class on the days of the regular classes, and that should increase the intensity

Hi...I'm doing TF + P90X (strength training MWF) + running 3x/week. I know some that do doubles on TF (Fire 45 + HIIT 20 for example).
BTW, I have a son, AIdan Gabriel and a daughter, Ava!!!
