    I like to make egg salad (1 hard boiled, chopped, ex large egg mixed with 2t mustard & 1 t light mayo) and spread it on a light, multigrain, toasted English muffin. I have it with a half cup of LF lactaid milk. It's got 16 grams protein, 8 grams fiber and about 250 cals. Very filling.

    Overnight oatmeal. Lots of ways to make it. So filling. Lots of fibre, protein, energy. Just Google and make your own adjustments. Takes only a few minutes to prepare and you can make enough for the work week on Sunday night.
