Coffee question

okay, so I am a coffee addict. I am trying to cut back on the type of coffee I drink.

Here is my dilemma:
Starbucks skinny caramel latte = 2 shots of espresso, 2tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup (torani) and non-fat milk. I see no sugar in this drink when I put the ingredients together. On their site it says 19 grams of sugar??

Starbucks skinny caramel misto = drip coffee with non- fat Milk and sugar free caramel syrup

Same thing, but drip coffee instead of espresso, probably the same sugar???

Why does it claim to have sugar, when the ingredients are sugar free?

Probably from the sugar in the milk.

Probably from the sugar in the milk. I get the skinny vanilla latte and that has sugar in it also, but is oh so yummy :)

I LOVE my coffee as well but have made some changes . . .

I only make coffee at home but buy quality beans, add 1 bit tsp of cinnamon in the middle of your scoops of grounds, i sometimes throw a few chunks of cloves in here as well . . . heat your milk of choice (mine is almond or soya creamer) and you have an exceptional cup of coffee . . . or 1/2 a pot shared with your hubby like I do.

I was trying to come up with another way to get some of that heart healthy cinnamon into my husband's diet and this turned out to be a delicious way to do it!
