Hey guys, I know these aren't the easiest things to guess at a glance, but I've done a caliper test and it read way under the BF% I have. If you guys could please just help me out with a rough estimation of my actual %, I'd appreciate it a lot!

Just need to get some idea of where I am right now. Having loose skin from being 300lbs, and losing weight too quickly, throws me off in figuring it out myself.

Currently standing at 6'5" and 185lbs
~Thanks, everyone!

    Probably ballpark 10% I'd say.

Any leg pics? I guess a bit higher than 10% but less than 13%.
    Congrats on your loss!

Fantastic loss and your skin tightened up really well. Time for some muscle.

Thanks for the replies guys! I was curious, should I still be on a cut right now at my BF%? Or is it time to switch up to a bulk?

    13 - 15%....

I would bulk. At your (our) height, we desperately need muscle mass LOL

you would benefit from a bulk for sure, so I say go for it.

Haha I agree with the need for muscle 100% @DragonShoe_GCole. Anyone have a link for a recommended "well-rounded" workout week-to-week? Bulk specific, if possible please!

Based on my measurements, it says 11-12% :open_mouth: thanks for the link, man!

I would suggest looking into strong lifts or all pro beginner routine. This assumes you are a beginner to heavy lifting...

    Nice job, Cmase!!

Why estimate? Why not get "dunked?" They say hydrostatic testing is the "gold standard" for body fat testing.

I'm in no way affiliated w/ this company, but I found it a god-send when I was wanting to take some before/after measurements. I'm glad a friend found them for me. Not sure where you live, but maybe there's something like this where you're at: http://www.bodyfattest.com/. They charge $49 for the first test, and $35 for each follow-up. It takes less than 10 minutes.

You did some awesome work, dropping 115 pounds.

I didn't have so much to go, but based on their measurements, I went from 18.7% body fat down to 11.5%. I'm now on the maintaining part.

    Hey guys, thanks for keeping on with recommendations and feedback! I actually got down a bit more to 175 and I've been on my third week of a bulk. Back up to 182, which is perfect, since after a bit of a maintenance I was floating just under 180. I'll post progress pics in just a matter of time if you all feel like judging the progress(;
