I did some of the Denise Austin Bootcamp DVD, but couldn't do the whole thing. My question is how to enter that into my exercise diary!! Any ideas??? I want to be rewarded for my workouts!!! Thanks:flowerforyou:

My only idea is that it is a cardio workout. I would log it under very, very, brisk walking. I think it gives you 4.5 mph. If you were much more winded, look under running. :flowerforyou:0
