I was really disheartened at my last weigh in as I had worked so hard and had'nt lost a single pound!!
But this week I weighed in and to my delight I had lost 3lb :happy: yippeee!! and I hadnt been trying as hard as I did the week before.
So thats 6lb in total.

Congrats!!!!
I had the same thing happen, the first week I was working out like crazy and being very careful with what I was eating and when I weighed myself...nothing. Argggh. So I've just hung in there and suddenly this week I'm down 4 more lbs. Makes no sense but I've come to realize that it happens in spurts and you just have to be patient. (Kinda like life in general...)0 -
