Eat some high calorie sweet treats...0

Our ancestors didn't die from lower calorie days, and absent something like diabetes, neither will you. If you're here because you're overweight, do you really want to make yourself eat when you aren't hungry? Now if it goes on for several days or impacts your activities, that's different.0

Have a low calorie day. It seems to be a fine thing to do every once in a while. Consider today an experiment in IF?0

I wouldn't worry. Some days I eat more some days I eat less. Let your hunger be your guide, not a number.0

Bigger portion at dinner, with pudding and whatever drink you like that can help you add some calories.
So, if it was me, it'd be meatballs with pasta, pesto, peppers, onions and spinach; bread and butter pudding and custard, then a hot chocolate later. I reckon that could get me almost to 1,500 at least.0 -

Your body burns sugar in 20 mins, wouldnt help. I hate breakfest, personally I just have a protein shake with strawberrys/bannanas and 2 spoons of oats.

Don't worry about it. An occasional low calorie day won't kill you. You could also eat some calorie dense foods, like peanut butter, to beef it up.m with some good fats and protein.0

Don't worry! You aren't a robot - your body can totally handle a day under your calorie allowance. If you really can't eat anything more, it wouldn't be right to force yourself to eat just 'because'. Just listen to what your body is telling you. If it's telling you it isn't hungry then let it be. Try not to make a habit of under-eating but a day here and there is absolutely fine0
