I love cold oatmeal with raisins and unsweetend almond milk; add cinnamon and vanilla extract, super good and Uber filling! Total calorie count is 310. What's your favorite breakfast meal and total calorie count?

Cap'n Crunch is my go to!! 1 1/5 cups of pure delicious madness and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

    250 calories.

I've been loving this lately, looks weird but actually very tasty. I cut down on the rice and butter and add broccoli, and it comes in at about 250 calories.

I used to take cold steel cut oatmeal and sliced almonds like that to work for lunch.

Oooooooh man....I love me some cereal. Obviously. ..but what do i eat at breakfast besides cereal???? Like what if i am out!?!?!? The answer is....I always have plenty on hand...and keep a little extra in my pockets so uhh yeah if I'm not eating cereal for breakfast then I'm probably eating cereal.

I've been experimenting with savory oatmeal and multigrain hot cereal. Inspired by shrimp & grits and italian polenta recipes, I add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and even a little parmesan cheese. Don't like it refrigerated cold, but works quite well at room temperature.

Warm oats with a few yoghurt raisins. The yoghurt covering melts and tastes delicious!

I can see how that works :) -- could almost be like adding fixin's to a rice and stir fry dish.
