I use chicken breasts as the base. Pound it thin and top with tomato sauce (not quite the same thing as pizza sauce), mushrooms, peppers, turkey pepperoni, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese is melty. It's really more a pizziaola than a pizza so you don't get the tactile sensation of picking up of pizza, but the taste is pretty close.0
