Thanks everyone
I did it by tracking my calories in and out and just making sure a had a deficit! I was doing a lot of running at one point but I haven't had time for it in the last few months! I also try to eat low-ish carb which I found sped up my weight loss a lot!Jilliankosto wrote: »Wow! Nice job!! I was a UK size 16 and now am a UK size 10 (so that's US 12 to 6)!
The story behind these shorts is they were a present, they were bought for me when I was even bigger than that first photo, my UK16 trousers were beginning to get tight... And I was bought a pair of UK10 shorts.... It was very upsetting! So happy they fit now!!!!0 -
