    **loking down at my belly**
NOPE the belly fat is still there...
about the only thing the belt does is help me keep my posture straight when riding upright bike.

Yes, I'm sure someone has tried it. If a diet thing exists, someone, somewhere has tried it.

I don't even know what it is and I'd bet my house that it wouldn't work.

Eat right and exercise. It's old, it's boring, but it works! :)

It doesn't work caloric deficit does. You know what the slimming belt only do. It disengage your ab muscles when you workout.

    They work.

Governments around the world are currently rolling them out to fix the obesity crisis and save billions of £/$/€ a year on obesity related health problems. They are also using teatoxes, garcinia cambogia and African mango drops.

    Oh, wait.

I used the McDavid belt (can be found on amazon) mostly to keep my pants from falling when running or jumping. The belt also holds me in so I'm not jiggling everywhere lol. My posture has been better also. So no, it doesn't help you lose weight but it can be beneficial for other things.

@mahsa88i what is a slimming belt? The waist trainers? Or what do you do with it?

@emhunter it is like an adjustable belt that you wear. They claim it helps to flatten and shape your abs specially while you exercising. I read a lot of good reviews with pictures about this!! But i think it doesn't work as others said.
