Hi . Have done slimming world but struggled , have osteoarthritis in both of my knee's , do go to the gym 3 times a week. Have been doing MFP for 41 days . Amazed with the results realised slimming world I was eating way to much

    Hi Donna, I've been amazed too. Been on for 35 days and lost the 10lbs I've been trying to get rid of for the last two years. I'd like to lose 20 more. How about you.

    Got another 50 pounds approx to go but will get there determined to lose it before I see my orthopedic surgeon in may
