Hi, I'm juliergirl00 or you can call my Julie. Either way, I'm new to all this counting calories thing. My mom suggested it so I took the suggestion. I've got the app on my phone and use it whenever I can.
So may I start out with a normal question....is there anyway to quit Fast Food cold-turkey? I love Jack in the Box but their tacos kill my calorie counter...

Yes,.......I used to eat fast food (McDonalds,Burger King, Wendy's Etc.) for lunch every day M-F because I traveled for my work. More so because I just had to have it not because it was the only choice available. Not to mention that I would order way too much!!!! In October I decided to start counting calories and McDonalds was no longer an option, so I have not had fast food or soda since October with the exception of 1 time which I decided to take my son their for lunch (I ordered the happy meal with a water) You can do it !!! Good Luck. Also I bet you can make tacos 100 time better and healthier0

First, watch the movie "Super Size me". If that doesn't convince you that fast food is as deadly as cigarettes, then watch the movie "Food Inc." You will have no problem quitting cold turkey after that. Both are on netflix.0

Yep watch the movies that should fix the fast food problem or Jamie Olivers food revolution once you know what goes in you'll find it much easier to go without it. BTW I have now reach the stage that walking past the smell no longer makes me hungry but ill instead.0

I've seen both movies. High School and College both made me watch them. I did quit for awhile, but then of course stress of school and all that got me back on it.0
