Hey guys so I'm starting to feel stuck. Before I started working out I was just dieting and I was losing between 1.5-2lbs a week. So then I started doing T25 and my weight goes crazy. Either I go up then drop back down to where I originally was or nothing changes. I am loosing inches and body fat but that scale won't move. I know muscle weighs more and not to focuse on the number..but that number does need to go down I am over weight. Am I doing something wrong?

How long has this been happening? It's most likely water weight from your muscles repairing themselves due to new exercise. If it is, then you just need more patience.0

I'm almost done with the alpha stage..so its been a month now. I just figured if I was seeing results with just dieting I just expected amazing results mixed with the workout program.0

Same thing happened to me when I started T25. After that the weight flew off... especially in beta and gamma. Stick with T25. I am going to be doing round 2 once the weather changes.0

Def sounds like water weight to me. Expect an awesome woosh in the near-ish future0
