Dove off the wagon straight into the gravy

A road trip and long weekend visit with family included a lot of restaurants with delicious food of huge portions. Sigh. I can't say I regret it but it's time to get back on the wagon. Portion control, less salt and regular exercise actually sound good to me now! I guess I'm getting the hang of this!

After just 2 days of exercise and eating right, I sprinted up the stairs this morning. I'm with you. Why did I ever go off track, when the right way feels so good? !

I really do feel good getting back on track. Just finished walk/jogging with my two labs and I couldn't stop smiling. Felt great to be out of that darn car and moving!
