Anyone else one? If so, how are you getting your protein?

Ok but is a conscious effort to eat enough. I like eggs, nuts, beans & quorn (only in h/m korma) and nuts (again!), have to watch the fat level with some!0

If you are eating enough calories and not just eating junk food it's actually pretty difficult to not get enough protein. If you want to body build or something you might have to pick and choose more carefully. I do not consciously look for high protein and average about 80-90 g a day. Edamame is a great source, hemp seeds, dairy if you eat it, tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, eggs if you eat them, grains such as quinoa, nuts, legumes, etc.0

I am a vegan and I get my protein from beans, grains, tempeh, tofu, seitan, vegetables, and (less often) protein shakes, seeds, and nuts.0

I'm vegetarian. Always have been. It is quite an effort to get my protein in but here are my ways : quinoa, eggs, beans, lentils, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, edamame. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are by far the most bang for your buck because quinoa and lentils do pack in quite a bit of carbs too.0
